3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 The price of Klidoscpe Educational Psychology Services Ltd services is as quoted on the website at the time, or through specific quotes requested.
3.2 Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.
3.3 Payments for services on our website must be made by credit or debit card during checkout. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required before accessing webinar content.
3.4 Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if:
- (a) Your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.
- (b) Your card issuer charges an online handling fee or processing fee.
3.5 Payment terms for invoiced services are 30 days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be made to the specified bank account.
4. Limitations of Liability
4.1 Klidoscpe Educational Psychology Services Ltd, its directors, employees, associates, or shareholders do not exclude or limit liability to you for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other non-waivable statutory rights under English law.

6. Breakfast Club Initiative
6.1 Klidoscpe Educational Psychology Services Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Klidoscpe”) is committed to supporting schools in creating positive, inclusive learning environments. As part of our service level agreements (SLAs), we are pleased to offer a Breakfast Club Initiative, whereby schools that purchase a qualifying SLA package will receive a donation toward their breakfast club.
6.2 Schools are eligible to receive a donation for their breakfast club if they have purchased one of Klidoscpe’s specific service level agreements that include this benefit. The eligibility and donation amounts are clearly outlined in the SLA document.
6.3 The donation amount will vary according to the specific service level agreement chosen by the school. The donation amounts are non-negotiable and are predetermined as outlined in the SLA documentation.
6.4 Donations made under this initiative must be used exclusively for the breakfast club run by the school. The funds may be allocated toward the purchase of food, drinks, utensils, or any other necessary materials that contribute directly to the functioning of the breakfast club. The donation cannot be used for purposes outside the breakfast club, including but not limited to general school activities, administrative costs, or non-breakfast-related services
6.5 The donation will be processed following the completion and payment of the agreed SLA. Donations will in the form of a gift voucher or processed via another mutually agreed method.
6.6 Klidoscpe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Breakfast Club Initiative at any time. In the event of any changes, all schools that have entered into SLAs will be notified promptly, and any existing agreements will be honoured in accordance with the original terms.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
8. Rights of Third Parties
8.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants any third party the right to enforce any of its provisions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
9. Notices
9.1 Any notice or communication under these terms will be in writing and delivered by hand or by prepaid recorded delivery to the recipient’s registered office or other notified address.
9.2 Notices will be deemed served:
(b) If delivered by post, two business days after posting within the UK or 14 business days if sent by airmail.
(a) If delivered by hand, at the time of delivery.
